SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

We use third party like Fedex or ups for our shipping partners, If for some reason you do not receive your package, you will need to get in touch with the carrier to track down the package. In case of lost package you will need to contact the carrier to file the claim for your lost.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a simple one-week return policy for online customers. You have one week from delivery to return the item in its original condition with tags attached. A full refund will be issued once we receive the product, as long as it's returned within the week. For returns, please email us at info@ladlee.com with your order number. Items returned after the one-week period will not be accepted for a refund. (This policy is for online customers only) items bought in store are final sale.

We do not refund shipping charges for us to ship you or you to ship us back any items.

Custom stitched items are not eligible for exchange as the item is stitched as per your provided measurements.
